OPTICSUNN RETURN POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (For Distance Sales)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty .
2. Products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the packaging of hygienic products that come into direct contact with the eyes, such as cosmetics and contact lenses, is opened.
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

If the color lens packaging has been opened and the inner protective seal has been broken,

If the lens case is damaged or the lens is stuck,
-
If it has become unusable for hygiene reasons.
These products are exempted in accordance with Article 15 (1/h) of the relevant regulation.
3. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be complete, boxed, packaged and unused, as when received.

The original invoice must be sent with the product.

Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. The product must be packaged appropriately.
4. Return Process

Return requests must be initiated by contacting customer service ([email address] or [phone number]) within 14 days of product delivery.

The product must be delivered to our company within 10 days following the return application.

Once the return is approved, the payment will be refunded to the customer within 14 days, in the same way the product was paid for.
5. Faulty or Defective Products

If the product is defective (manufacturing error, wrong shipment, etc.), return or exchange is free of charge.

In this case, please contact us within 2 business days after receiving the product.
