ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set out below.

SELLER: opticsunn.com

BUYER: The customer who placed the order

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products, the features and sales prices of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the opticsunn.com website belonging to the SELLER.

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the contractual product to him or to the person/organization at the address he has indicated.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

The products will be delivered within 30 days after the order is confirmed.
